At Plante, we want you to love our products as much as we do. But we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy for our organic products.


If you're not satisfied with your Plante purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange.

We'll be happy to provide a full refund if:

  • The product is faulty
  • The product is not fit for purpose
  • The product is not as described.

However, we cannot offer a refund if:

  • You simply change your mind
  • The product is not to your personal taste or liking
  • The product did not achieve what you personally expected it to achieve There are obvious signs that the product has already been used extensively prior to your request for a refund, we won't be able to process your claim.

REFUND CLAIM

To claim your refund, you can take the product back to the place of purchase with proof of purchase. If you bought the product from our website, please contact us at support@growplante.com to initiate the return process. 

SHIPPING

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. If you're shipping an item(s) over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we won't be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by your nominated shipping or delivery service.

At Plante, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you have any concerns about the product ingredients or any side effects, please check the label carefully and contact us at support@growplante.com if you need further assistance.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 

Where a refund has been approved but not yet received, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@growplante.com.
